We carefully review every order to make sure your design looks perfect before printing. So in most cases, your item goes straight to production — no waiting around!
If you'd like to see a digital proof before we print, just leave a note at checkout or email us at cs@goncustom.com and we'll send one over.
If your item arrives damaged or we made an error, contact us at cs@goncustom.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll reprint and reship at no cost.
Please note: we cannot reprint for typos or errors in details you submitted and approved on your proof.
