🎨 Please note: All GonCustom products are custom-made after your order is placed, designed and printed individually with your personal details. This ensures every piece is unique and crafted with intention.

✦ 1. Made-to-Order Production

  • Production time: 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time will begin production the next business day.
  • Production may take slightly longer during peak seasons (holidays, Valentine's Day, graduation season).

✦ 2. Shipping Costs & Timelines

Total delivery time = Production time (2–4 days) + Transit time.

✦ 3. Order Tracking

  • You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • Allow 1–2 business days for tracking info to activate after shipment.

✦ 4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders are fulfilled and delivered to your door, no matter where you are.

  • Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.
  • GonCustom is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you have questions about fees.

✦ 5. Important Notes

  • Shipping address: Please double-check your address before checkout. We cannot reroute orders once they enter production (within 12 hours of purchase).
  • P.O. Boxes: We ship to US P.O. Boxes. International P.O. Box shipping may have limitations, so contact us first if unsure.
  • Undeliverable packages: If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, reshipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Carrier delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
  • Lost or damaged in transit: Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to make it right.
