  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local court and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification

4. Repeat Infringers

GonCustom reserves the right to terminate accounts or refuse service to users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyright or intellectual property rights.
