How do I get the free Wedding Planner?

Every order $70+ unlocks our Ultimate Wedding Planner ($35 value). Within 30 minutes of checkout, you'll get an email from  cs@goncustom.com with a Google Sheets link (copyable to your own account), Excel file, and instructions PDF. No code needed.

If you don't see it after an hour, check your spam folder first. Still missing? Email us and we'll resend right away.

How long does it take to receive my order ?

Every banner is made to order. Production takes 2–4 business days, then shipping takes 3–7 business days within the US.

Total: expect your order in about 5–11 business days from order date. We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks before your event.

International orders take 7–16 business days to ship after production.

We carefully review every order to make sure your design looks perfect before printing. So in most cases, your item goes straight to production — no waiting around!

If you'd like to see a digital proof before we print, just leave a note at checkout or email us at cs@goncustom.com and we'll send one over.

If your item arrives damaged or we made an error, contact us at cs@goncustom.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll reprint and reship at no cost.

Please note: we cannot reprint for typos or errors in details you submitted and approved on your proof.

What size should I choose?

Small (26"×36"): Chair signs, highchair displays, table décor.

Medium (60"×50"): ⭐ Best seller — dessert table backdrops, wall décor, baby & bridal showers.

Large (72"×48"+): Photo booth backdrops, statement walls.

What photo quality do I need?

We recommend clear, sharp photos — but don't worry if your photo is old, small, or a little blurry. Our designers can upscale and enhance your image before printing.

The only thing that matters: make sure the photo isn't cropped — the full face and body of the subject should be visible. A cut-off head or missing half of someone cannot be restored.

When in doubt, just send us the photo and we'll let you know if it works!

What materials are your products made of?

We offer two materials depending on the product:

Polyester fabric — dye-sublimation printed, vivid and permanent colors. Hemmed edges, metal grommets, machine washable. Used for birthday banners, backdrops, and photo tapestries.

Linen — softer, natural-textured finish with a warm, elegant look. Used for memorial chair signs and wedding décor.
