How long will my order take?

Every item is made to order, so there are two parts to the timeline.

Production: 2-4 business days.
Shipping: 3-7 business days within the US.

Most US orders arrive about 5-11 business days after you order. International orders ship 7-16 business days after production.

Ordering for a specific date? Give yourself at least 2-3 weeks, so there is room for a proof, a reprint or a slow week at the carrier.

Tight on time? Email cs@goncustom.com before you order and we will tell you whether your date is realistic.

Will I see a proof? What if something's wrong?

We check every order by hand before it goes to print, so most items head straight into production with no waiting.

Want to see it first? Leave a note at checkout or email cs@goncustom.com, and we will send you a digital proof before we print.

If it arrives damaged, or we got something wrong: email cs@goncustom.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We reprint and reship at no cost to you.

The one thing we cannot fix: spelling, dates or details you supplied and approved on a proof - they print exactly as you typed them. Please read your personalisation twice before checking out.

What size should I choose?

Exact dimensions are listed on every product page - sizes vary a lot between a ceramic dish, a table runner and a full backdrop, so check there first.

For our fabric banners and backdrops, this is how most customers choose:

  • Small (26" x 36") - chair signs, highchair displays, table decor.
  • Medium (60" x 50") - our best seller. Dessert table backdrops, wall decor, baby and bridal showers.
  • Large (72" x 48" and up) - photo booth backdrops and statement walls.

What photo quality do I need?

Send the clearest photo you have - but do not worry if it is old, small or a little blurry. Our designers can upscale and enhance most images before printing.

The one thing that matters: the photo must not be cropped. The full face and body of everyone in it should be visible - a cut-off head or a missing half cannot be restored.

This applies to anything we print your photo on: banners and tapestries, ceramic trinket dishes, chair signs, pet portraits and photo frames.

What are your products made of?

It depends on the product - the exact material is always listed on the product page.

  • Polyester fabric - dye-sublimation printed for vivid, permanent colour. Hemmed edges, metal grommets, machine washable. Used for birthday banners, backdrops and photo tapestries.
  • Linen - a softer, natural-textured finish with a warm, elegant look. Used for memorial chair signs, table runners and wedding decor.
  • Sheer lace and tulle - light and translucent. Used for wedding welcome banners and car decor.
  • Ceramic - hand-finished. Used for trinket and jewellery dishes.
  • Non-slip waterproof mat - wipe clean. Used for personalised pet feeding mats.
